As COO Mr. Lynd presides over the day to day activities of the
entire Lynd Organization
Mr. Lynd is a COO of The Lynd Company (TLC) a property
management firm, Principal of Lynd Residential Properties
(LRP) a multifamily investment vehicle and a Principal of
Lynd Development Partners (LDP) a development Company.
He has guided the growth of the management division from 1,100
apartment units upon joining the firm in 1997 to over 34,000
apartment units today which ranks 34th largest in the United
States. He oversees the collection of $250M of Rent Collections
annually which spans across the country in 15 states and 50
different metros. He has been part of the principal team that
has raised over $340M in equity which has been used to
purchase/develop over $1.8B worth of real estate over the past 5
years.
Mr. Lynd graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A.
in Economics. Mr. Lynd currently presides in the role of COO for
The Lynd Company that currently manages over 34,000 units across 15
states and employs over 800 management professionals.
Mr. Lynd is responsible for proctoring the collection of
approximately $250 million in annual rent across The Lynd Company's
portfolio and will preside over the daily operations of the Fund's
investment properties.
